Prop 1 stipulates that:
1. Any new idea for the blog that would require approval by all or most of the members shall henceforth be referred to as "PROPOSITION (whatever # it is)".
2. If the new idea is an expansion upon an earlier Proposition, it should be amended to that Prop. Brand new idea=brand new proposition. These are referred to as Amendments to (whatever Proposition it is amending).
3. Propositions must contain "official" words, such as, but not limited to: henceforth, notwithstanding, aforementioned, stipulates, therefore, etc.
4. Proposition 1, if passed, establishes Scoobs, Atlas, Psycho, and Klum Sattone as the four members of the Council of Bellshire.
5. Votes for Propositions are to be added as comments to the post proposing the Proposition. The vote is for the four on the Council of Bellshire ONLY. A vote is either "in favor" or "against"; abstaining is not an option.
6. And finally, via Prop 1, I propose that Bellshire contain more references to our beloved past-time, Bioshock.
Councilmen, please add your vote of "in favor" or "against" as a comment. If passed, all aforementioned measures will be passed.

I have no fucking idea what any of that meant. Lie, I understood the bioshock reference part. But really, all that went right over my head. Dumb it down a little for me alriiiight!!
Ok I re-read this with a little more time and effort and I like! I be down with props. Therefore council, I believe from this moment on in time we shall refer to S,P,A, and K as the Council of Bellshire. Here here!
